FREE LOCAL PICK UP
Local Pick-up is available in Brassall, Ipswich, 7 days by appointment. Simply select the "PICK UP" option, and we will notify you once your order is ready to be collected and arrange a day and time to collect.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, depending on stock. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. During busy periods (sales, holidays, or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

All orders are shipped via trusted courier services for reliability. Free local delivery option available for orders over $65 within 10KM radius from Brassall.
POSTAL DELIVERY
We currently ship Australia-wide. The cost of shipping is dependent on the weight of your order as well as your location. Your order may take up to 10 working days for delivery, depending on the destination and how far it is from Ipswich. Metro areas generally take 2-3 business days, Regional areas 3-10 business days, unless stock is unavailable. Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched. Shipping is limited to 5kg per order.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.

HEAT AND WEATHER CONDITIONS - IMPORTANT
Some confectionery products, including chocolate and certain lollies, may soften or melt during transit in warm weather. Kiwi Candy takes care to pack all orders securely, temperature conditions during shipping are outside our control. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risk of heat-related changes to products. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that have melted or been heat-affected.
We recommend:
- Free Local Pick-up
- Selecting express shipping during warm weather
- Tracking your parcel closely
- Bringing deliveries indoors promptly after arrival.
Please take into account your location when purchasing, as being in Australia, we do live in a warmer climate, and goods can melt in temperatures as low as 22 °C. We strongly recommend the use of Express Shipping, or local Pick-Up where available, to reduce the amount of time parcels are in transit.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive melted, as they are purchased at the customer's risk. This comes under damaged goods, and a compensation claim may be made via Australia Post. We do our best to package parcels containing chocolate to suit the weather.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Kiwi Candy is not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect details
- Additional shipping costs to resend parcels
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
